Easy Greek Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 bag baked pita chips
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives halved
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 English cucumber diced
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Place the pita chips on large platter
  2. Sprinkle with Red pepper, tomatoes, olives, and cheese.
  3. In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, cucumbers, lemon juice, and salt- drizzle over nachos.
