Sesame Ginger Salad

Ingredients

 

  • 6 oz. farfalle pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced and cooled
  • 5 cups romaine lettuce or salad mix
  • 1 can (15 oz.) mandarin oranges
  • 1/3 cup toasted, sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 4 tbsp. sesame ginger dressing
  • wonton strips

 

Instructions

 

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; let cool.
  2. Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss gently. Add dressing in small amounts until desired amount is reached.
  3. Top with wonton strips.
