Sesame Ginger Salad
- 6 oz. farfalle pasta
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced and cooled
- 5 cups romaine lettuce or salad mix
- 1 can (15 oz.) mandarin oranges
- 1/3 cup toasted, sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 4 tbsp. sesame ginger dressing
- wonton strips
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; let cool.
- Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss gently. Add dressing in small amounts until desired amount is reached.
- Top with wonton strips.
