Simple Slow Cooker Ham & Wild Rice Soup
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 3/4 cup uncooked wild rice
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
- 16 oz. frozen mixed veggies
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup half & half
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Add all ingredients except half & half to slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- Add half & half and cheese. Cook 20 more minutes on high, stirring occasionally.
