Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

 

  • 1 lb. cubed beef stew meat
  • 1 can condensed mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 6 oz sour cream
  • 1 package egg noodles

Instructions

 

  1. In a slow cooker, combine meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, water and broth.
  2. Cook on Low for 8 hours, or on High for 5 hours.
  3. Stir in sour cream just before serving over egg noodles.
