Summer Brat and Veggie Skewers

4 Skewers


6-8  baby potatoes

4 ears of corn, cut into thirds

4 Jerry’s Smokehouse brats, cut into 1 inch pieces

2 large zucchini cut into 1 inch slices

12-15 Brussel sprouts

3-4 tablespoons olive oil

Salt, pepper and/or grilling seasoning of your choice

4 wooden grilling skewers


Boil potatoes and corn in salted water until just slightly tender. Drain and cool slightly.

Thread skewers with potatoes, corn, zucchini, sprouts and sausage.

Brush completed skewers with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and seasoning of choice. 

Grill on high for 8-10 minutes or until brats are cooked through.
