Slow Cooker Beef & Tomato Stew

Slow Cooker Bacon & Cheddar Pork Chops And Potatoes

Ingredients

 

  • 1.5 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 28 oz diced tomatoes,
  • 28 oz stewed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp miced garlic
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 6 cups beef broth
  • 3 cups cooked elbow macaroni

Instructions

 

  1. In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion.
  2. Drain grease and transfer to slow cooker.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, except pasta, to slow cooker.
  4. Stir to combine and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Add cooked macaroni and allow to heat for 15 minutes.
