Easy Turkey Tortilla Soup
- 3 hard taco shells, broken into pieces
- 1 cup red or green salsa
- 2 cans (14 oz) chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked turkey
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- Sour cream, cilantro
- and lime wedges for toppings/garnish
- In a large saucepan combine salsa and broth- bring to boil.
- Add turkey, zucchini and green pepper- heat through.
- Serve in bowls topped with crumbled taco shells, lime wedges, sour cream and cilantro.
