Easy Turkey Tortilla Soup



  • 3 hard taco shells, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup red or green salsa
  • 2 cans (14 oz) chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked turkey
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • Sour cream, cilantro
  • and lime wedges for toppings/garnish



  1. In a large saucepan combine salsa and broth- bring to boil.
  2. Add turkey, zucchini and green pepper- heat through.
  3. Serve in bowls topped with crumbled taco shells, lime wedges, sour cream and cilantro.
