Italian Sausage Stew

Slow Cooker Bacon & Cheddar Pork Chops And Potatoes



  • 1.5 lbs baking potatoes
  • 1 lb smoked Italian or Polish sausage
  • 2 cups baby-cut peeled carrots
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp water



  1. Cut washed potatoes and sausage into bite-size chunks.
  2. Place potatoes, sausage and carrots into an ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Toss with soup mix, oil and water.
  4. Cover pan with foil and roast 30 minutes at 350 °F, stirring after 30 minutes.
