Slow Cooker Bacon & Cheddar Pork Chops And Potatoes



  • 4 pork chops
  • 5-7 potatoes, quartered
  • 6 slices of bacon, diced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste



  1. Place all ingredients and half of the cheese into a large slow cooker.
  2. Cook on high for 5-6 hours or until pork chops are cooked through.
  3. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; cover and cook until cheese is melted.
  4. Serve warm.
