Slow Cooker Bacon & Cheddar Pork Chops and Potatoes
- 4 pork chops
- 5-7 potatoes, quartered
- 6 slices of bacon, diced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Place all ingredients and half of the cheese into a large slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 5-6 hours or until pork chops are cooked through.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese; cover and cook until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
