Slow Cooker Creamy Broccoli and Chicken

Serves 4

1- 1.5 lbs chicken tenderloins

16 oz broccoli florets

8 oz  cream cheese

1 oz envelope ranch dip mix

1/4 cup butter, cubed

8 slices bacon, crumbled

2 green onions, chopped

6 slices of Havarti cheese, optional

  • Place tenders and broccoli in bottom of slow cooker.
  • Add dip mix, butter and cream cheese.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until the tenders are cooked through.
  • Stir to break up the cream cheese
  • Sprinkle with bacon and onions. Cover with cheese slices if desired.
