Slow Cooker Pesto Chicken
- 5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 oz. pesto
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 pkg. ranch powder mix
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- Place chicken in slow cooker and spread pesto evenly on top of chicken.
- Sprinkle ranch mix (dry) and ¾ cheese over chicken. Pour broth in.
- Place stick of butter in slow cooker.
- Heat on low for 4 hours or high for 2-3 hours. Sprinkle with remaining cheese before serving.
