Slow Cooker Pesto Chicken



  • 5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 oz. pesto
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 pkg. ranch powder mix
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided



  1. Place chicken in slow cooker and spread pesto evenly on top of chicken.
  2. Sprinkle ranch mix (dry) and ¾ cheese over chicken. Pour broth in.
  3. Place stick of butter in slow cooker.
  4. Heat on low for 4 hours or high for 2-3 hours. Sprinkle with remaining cheese before serving.
