Slow Cooker Shrimp Scampi
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 tbsp. dried parsley (and fresh parsley for garnish)
- 1/2 freshly squezed lemon
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 lb. raw shrimp peeled & deveined
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir.
- Cook on high for 1 1/2 hours or on low for 2 1/2 hours.
- Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles (or pasta of your choosing).
